Few weeks ago I welcomed some curious and special guests at our coworking space: the members of the IT Department of ENU (L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University) from Astana, Kazakhstan.

We discussed about ICT, softwares, as well as about the coworking principles and business, which is not yet widespread in Kazakhstan. I told them about the way we manage our space, the way coworkers help each other and collaborate, and our success stories. The delegation was also very interested in the tools we use, in particular the Betacowork member management tool.
ENU is the biggest and fast-developing university in Kazakhstan. They travelled a long way to be here!
Their visit of Betacowork is a part of an international training programme called “IT & Innovative Business Education in Europe” (website coming soon) organized by the Brussels-based International Council for Achievements in Education (EduCouncil) whose aim is to learn about main ICT-tendencies in Europe and investigate about how to establish business and academic cooperation with leading Belgian institutions of higher education and companies operating in the ICT field.
