Stéphanie Toussaint conducted research that looked at users’ experience within multifunctional places such as coworking spaces. A former Betacoworker she is now coming back to share the results of her thesis.
By looking at new ways of working (coworking), she analyzed workplace productivity through flexible practices. She discovered that working together leads to the social construction of shared workplaces into meaningful environments, and shows how the multifunctionality of a space is at the heart of consumer-driven and co-driven service design.
Stephanie Toussaint is Research Assistant in Marketing at Université catholique de Louvain & Université Lille 2.
