Jennifer Palumbo is a project and event manager working for European-funded multinational projects, mainly in the field of education, culture, science and communication. Jennifer is currently work-package leader in EU Go-Labs project and project manager of EQAVET Projects, within which she co-organized the European International Conference on Quality in VET.
Jennifer loves working and meeting people at the Betacowork, where she has found some help in improving her first website and also in promoting her activities as “pasta ambassadress”.
Apart from having 10 years experience in multinational project management, Jennifer is indeed a pasta lover,  running several types of workshops to teach people the joys of Italian cooking. Her passion for pasta and traditional food comes from her family, that taught her all the tips & tricks of making real handmade fresh pasta. Her cozy workshops are made for small groups of people and they are normally carried out in English (but also French, Italian and a bit of Dutch.)
In both of her two main activities – project management and pasta cooking – she brings her big passion for experimenting, socializing and bringing people together. Her personality combines the Italian sense of humour with a kinda northern efficiency.
If you wish to stay up to date about Jennifer’s pasta-related activities, visit her website You can pasta and like her Facebook page. You can drop her a line via emailTwitter or Facebook.
