As a facilitator, I centre learning through the experience of shared humanity. I have worked extensively with intercultural groups within the international youth sector, civil society and beyond. My facilitation style is inclusive, empowering, and emergent. I am familiar with several in-person, online, and hybrid facilitation approaches. Furthermore, I am an experienced tech host for remote and hybrid events working with several online conferencing systems.

As a project manager, I have designed and implemented several mid- to large-scale events across the globe. I have developed numerous capacity-building and mentoring programmes supporting activists, leaders and teams. The programmes included elements of coaching, empowerment, self-directed learning, and peer education.
