indexFood lovers beware!
On Thursday 28 August (tomorrow) we have the chance to taste Flagrants Dèlices’ sandwiches. They’ll be in the street just outside Betacowork from 12 to 14.
Here’s the menu so you can start having mouth water (all the meals, except the Caesar salad, are served with homemade potatoes salad and coleslaw):

  • Sandwich Pastrami: Pastrami Flagrants Délices, pain au carvi, French’s mustard et Cornichons à la Juive;
  •  Bagel au saumon fumé : saumon fumé Flagrants Délices, bagel, fromage frais, jus de citron frais et ciboulette;
  • Baguette à l’ancienne au magret fumé : magret fumé Flagrants Délices, roquette, pignon grillés, vinaigre balsamique;
  • Salade Caesar : cœur de salade, vinaigrette Caesar, croûtons, copeaux de parmesan;

Flagrants Délices is a young Brussels company located in Anderlecht. All the products that they use for the sandwiches are handmade and are made without coloring or preservative agents. The bread comes from one of the best bakeries in Brussels: Yves Guns, who is the supplier of several of famous Brussels’ restaurants (Matagne, le chalet de la forêt,…).
Already hungry?
See you tomorrow to try Flagrants Dèlices!
